    The Annual Accounts and accounting books have a cost of 350 euros.

Labour consultancy and monitoring of the labour management aspects established in accordance with the regulations in force for the agreed number of employees. Each new registration will result in an increase of 10 euros in the quota.

  1. Advice on labour management and Social Security.
  2. Preparation of monthly pay slips. Monthly Social Security (TC1 and TC2) in accordance with the applicable labour agreement.
  3. Processing of workers’ registration and deregistration forms. This does NOT include the study in the drafting of common employment contracts, arrears of agreement, drafting of settlement letters, responses to embargoes to TGSS and / or AEAT.
  4. Processing of sick leave or work-related accident reports for contracted workers.
  5. Quarterly preparation and presentation of form 111 for withholdings and payments on account of income from work and economic activities.
  6. Preparation and presentation of form 190 annual summary (IRPF).
  7. Preparation of entity certificates for workers and professionals.
  8. Certificates of current Social Security payments for each financial year.

If you need it to file taxes, to download tax notifications and many other procedures. You can process it yourself in person or we can do it online through the DEH provider with the following advantages:

This service is contracted and paid directly to the provider, we do not charge any margin but we do offer to be the one who receives the notifications and forwards them to you if they need attention.

The current cost is 40 euros per year for each NIF of a natural person and 80 euros per year for each NIF of a legal entity. In the case of companies, remember that you must first obtain the digital certificate of the administrators and then apply for the company’s digital certificate.
